Terms and Conditions




General

o No sale is complete until you have received a confirmation email from AllCityTix.

o AllCityTix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale, even after it has been confirmed. If a sale has been confirmed and is later cancelled, a refund will be given in the amount of the original sale.

o AllCityTix conducts business in the resale market for event tickets. For this reason, ticket prices will reflect "market value" as opposed to "face value".

Sales Policies

o All prices quoted are in US Dollars.

o Ticket prices will be guaranteed at the time of order confirmation.

o All sales are subject to availability. If tickets requested cannot be confirmed, comparably priced seats in a similar location will be offered for purchase.

o AllCityTix reserves the right to upgrade ticket orders at the same price

o By placing an order, the buyer authorizes AllCityTix to charge the credit or debit card given for the amount of the total ticket price and any applicable fees.

o Until a sale has been confirmed by AllCityTix, the buyer will not be charged and is not liable for the ticket order.

o Once a sale has been finalized and confirmed, the buyer will be liable for the order and payment.

Credit Card Policies

o The name and address on the credit card statement must match the name and address used during the purchase.

o If the name and address do not match, the sale will be cancelled.

o AllCityTix reserves the right to verify billing address on credit card account with the credit card company.

o AllCityTix reserves the right to cancel or refuse any sale if these conditions are not met to the satisfaction of the business.

o Please be advised that fraudulent charges or practices will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Delivery Policies

o AllCityTix will only deliver tickets to the billing address on the credit card account. Any exceptions will be made on an individual basis and at the discretion of AllCityTix. In the case of any exceptions, a signed completed authorization form must be faxed and received by AllCityTix before confirmation of the order. A legible copy of a state ID or passport and front and back copies of the credit card used must also be received.

o Completion of paperwork does not guarantee that exceptions will be made. A confirmation will be sent in the form of an email once the request has been accepted.

o Once an order has been confirmed, changes in delivery address will not be made.

o Deliveries will be made through a courier service, like FedEx. At the point of confirmation, a tracking number will be provided to the buyer for online tracking through FedEx.

o Due to the nature of the business, some tickets may not be received until the day before the event. If tickets have not been received 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event, the buyer MUST contact AllCityTix by phone or email so that the tickets can be tracked. If tickets are not on schedule to be received by the start of the event, a refund will be given in the amount of the purchase, including all fees.

o In the event that ticket delivery is delayed due to missing or incorrect information (missing apartment number, or incorrect zip code for example), no refunds will be given.

o An additional shipping fee will also be assessed if the tickets need to be rerouted or reshipped due to an error on the part of the buyer. In this case, AllCityTix will not be liable if tickets are not received before the scheduled start time of the event.

Will Call and E-Tickets

o Tickets will only be left at will call at the discretion of AllCityTix.

o AllCityTix reserves the right to refuse an order to be left at will call.

o In the event that tickets should be left for pick up at will call, a signed completed authorization form must be faxed and received by AllCityTix along with a copy of a state ID or passport and copies of the front and back of the credit card used during purchase.

o Requests for tickets to be left at will call must be made before order confirmation.

o If these conditions are not met to the satisfaction of AllCityTix, the sale will be cancelled.

o E-tickets will not be provided under any circumstances.

Refunds and Exchanges

o AllCityTix will not exchange any tickets once the sale has been confirmed.

o Refunds will only be awarded under specific circumstances and as a last resort.

o If an even is postponed or rescheduled, a refund will not be given. The tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled event, or should be exchanged at the box office or venue.

o If an event is cancelled due to a strike or weather conditions, a refund will not be given. Instead, arrangements should be made at the box office or venue.

o If an event is cancelled without being rescheduled, the tickets must be returned within 10 days to AllCityTix. Tickets should be shipped by certified mail or through a courier service, like FedEx. A confirmation will be sent when AllCityTix has received the tickets. A refund will then be issued to the card used during purchase for the total amount charged.

o If the tickets are not received within 10 days of the originally scheduled date of the event, no refund will be given and the buyer should contact the box office or venue.
