Is it safe to provide my credit card information on allcitytix.com?
Yes, it is completely safe to provide credit card information. You will not be asked to provide any information regarding your credit card until you have decided to make a purchase. Your credit card information will never be stored on our site. It is only used to complete your transaction.
What if I don't see the tickets I need on allcitytix.com?
Please let us know if you can't find the event you're looking for on our website. We have other resources available to find what you're looking for. We'd love to help you.
Why must all tickets be delivered to the billing address of the credit card used?
One of our top priorities is protecting our users and their information. By only offadming deliveries to the credit card billing address, AllCityTix can be sure that the purchase was not made using fraudulent activities.
What should I do if I need my tickets to be left at will call?
Tickets will only be left at will call at the discretion of AllCityTix. To make a request, please send an email to admin@allcitytix.com. In order for your request to be processed, you must complete and sign the proper authorization form (to be provided) and fax it along with a copy of a state issued ID or passport along with copies of the front and back the credit card used to AllCityTix. Upon receipt of these documents, a decision will be made as to whether tickets will be left at will call. This process will take place before order confirmation.
What if I want E-tickets?
E-tickets will not be offered under any circumstances. This is for the protection of AllCityTix and its users.
When will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be delivered through a courier service like FedEx. As soon as your order is confirmed, a label will be made and your tickets will be shipped. Most tickets will be received within 3-5 business days.
Does AllCityTix offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds will only be offered in specifically designated circumstances and as a last resort. Exchanges will not be offered.
